Returns & Exchanges
At Fizzy Goblet, we want you to love your handcrafted footwear, but if the fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags to be eligible for a refund or swap.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Pair
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Fizzy Goblet box and shipping carton, ensuring the invoice is included inside.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48-72 hours; please hand over the sealed package to our authorized logistics partner.
Quality Check & Refund
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 7 business days.
